Event Details
Open 4 Business is Main Street Iowa’s annual business development challenge, designed to support existing small businesses and strengthen downtown districts in more than 50 Main Street Iowa communities.
After advancing through multiple rounds of competition, five finalist businesses will pitch their expansion and development plans before a panel of judges. Projects may include new equipment, services, product offerings or other investments that support business growth and downtown revitalization.
Finalists will compete for funding to help bring their projects to life, with up to $25,000 available for the top project and additional awards for other finalists. Winning projects are selected based on business innovation, community impact and the potential for growth, increased revenue and long-term sustainability.
