Iowa small to midsize arts and culture nonprofit organizations are invited to participate in the Iowa Culture Leadership Cohort. 

This two-year program will help participants build leadership skills in organization operations, sustainability, and programming through professional development workshops, peer learning, mentorship, and assistance from outside consultants.

Eligibility

  • Iowa 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations whose primary mission and purpose is focused on arts or culture and arts or cultural divisions of a municipal government.
  • Organizations must have annual cash operating expenses of less than $500,000 at the time of application based on their last completed fiscal year.
  • Organizations must have a minimum of one dedicated staff or volunteer position that works for the organization year-round and is responsible for oversight and management of the organization.

Application Process

  • Applicants must complete an online application by August 20, 2024
