Certified Film Festivals (CFFs) are eligible to apply for an annual grant that provides flexible programmatic support for film festival activities. The grant is a set funding amount dependent on the tier of the CFF.
The Iowa Certified Film Festivals Grant is administered by the Iowa Arts Council and Produce Iowa – State Office of Film and Media, both of which exist within the Iowa Economic Development Authority. The program is funded through an annual appropriation by the Iowa Legislature.
Eligibility
A film festival must be a designated CFF in order to apply for this grant program.
Application Process
- Applicants must complete an online application by April 22, 2025.
