Iowa Title Guaranty provides assurance to a lender that the lender’s lien is valid and in the desired lien position.
The lender certificate protects lenders from potential financial losses associated with the covered risks and title defects. In accordance with the terms of the certificate, Iowa Title Guaranty will defend the lender and pay all court costs and related fees. If the claim is valid, Iowa Title Guaranty will reimburse the lender for the actual loss up to the face amount of the certificate.
