The Iowa Code section 15E.116, as amended by 2023 Iowa Acts, Senate File 575, creates the Iowa Wine, Beer and Spirits Promotion Board. Section 15E.116 specifies that the following industry representatives shall be members of the board: one member shall represent the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), one member shall represent the Iowa wine makers, one member shall represent the Iowa beer makers, and one member shall represent Iowa distilleries.
