Behind every IFA program is a person, family, business or community with a story.
Creators in the IFA Creator Collective help bring those stories to life through photos, short videos and personal experiences that show what IFA support looks like in real life.
Your story could be the one that helps someone else take their first step.
What Does It Mean to Be a Creator? 
You don’t need thousands of followers or professional content experience. You just need a story worth sharing.
As part of the IFA Creator Collective, you’ll capture pieces of your real experience — the milestones, everyday moments and lessons along the way — to help other Iowans imagine what might be possible for them. If you have an IFA story to share, you can apply. 
Who Can Participate?
The Creator Collective is for real Iowans with real stories — including past or aspiring homebuyers, beginning farmers and Iowans impacted by IFA-supported programs.

 Get Paid for Your Story
Selected participants will receive $250 for approved content.
Payment may be made directly to the individual creator or, for eligible partner-based participation, the participating organization.
This isn’t about being an influencer. It’s about helping Iowans see real examples of what’s possible — while being compensated for the time and content you provide.
What Selected Participants Will Provide
Selected participants will be asked to submit: 
(5) Photos  
(2) Short videos (under 60 seconds)
Permission for IFA to use the content and story in future promotional and communications efforts 
Don’t worry about figuring it out alone. IFA will provide prompts, examples and guidance to help you create your content.

For partner-based programs, the program partner will complete the application on behalf of the individual. 
IFA will review submissions and contact selected participants with next steps.
