Executive Order 10 - IFA Red Tape Review

On January 10, 2023, Governor Kim Reynolds issued Executive Order 10, which establishes a comprehensive review of all existing administrative rules.

Pursuant to Executive Order 10, IFA is required to review all its administrative rules by September 1, 2025. Following publication of reports of the review, IFA will rescind each chapter and repromulgate rules that are necessary to keep no later than December 31, 2025.

Rule reports and final regulatory analyses will be published on this page. Regulatory analyses and notices of intended action required by the order will be published in the Iowa Administrative Bulletin as they are completed.
