A Strategic Alliance to Educate, Empower and Expand Homeownership in Iowa 

The Iowa Finance Authority’s Homeownership Ambassador Program is a collaborative marketing initiative designed to unify trusted voices around one shared mission: making homeownership a reality for more Iowans. 

As a Homeownership Ambassador, your organization becomes part of a statewide network working together to boost financial literacy, increase awareness of homeownership programs and guide homebuyers to the tools and support they need, including IFA’s WelcomeHomeIowa.com education initiative and lender network. 

Eligibility

• Nonprofits, housing organizations and associations focused on homeownership, housing counseling or financial education. 

• Note: Lenders and Realtors interested in partnering should explore our IFA Preferred Partner Program, which is designed specifically for them.

• Cross-Promote IFA Programs and Events
  • Extend invitations to IFA to participate in panels, webinars and outreach efforts
• Maintain Alignment with IFA’s Mission and Messaging
  • Ambassador status is awarded and renewed at IFA’s discretion
