Receiving this grant changed my life. It gave me the chance to buy a safe, affordable home that was ready for me to move into. I was able to find a move-in-ready home in a location that was perfect—close to my job and in a neighborhood where I feel comfortable. The grant made it possible to stay within my budget and still get a home I love. It also helped cover costs that would have been overwhelming on my own, like the down payment and some of the upfront fees. Without this support, I never would have been able to take this step toward stability and homeownership.

As the only certified housing trust fund for the four counties, ECIHTF offers innovative and flexible funding to expand affordable housing opportunities.
