Receiving this grant has greatly influenced my life. When I began my career in Vinton, I hoped to buy my first home, but college expenses made it difficult to save for a down payment. Thanks to the grant, I was able to fulfill my dream of homeownership. Since then, I have expanded my family in this house and established a secure home with solid financial equity. Most importantly, this opportunity has allowed me to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my family, giving us stability and peace of mind for the future.

As the only certified housing trust fund for the four counties, ECIHTF offers innovative and flexible funding to expand affordable housing opportunities.
