The State Fiscal Year 2027 DRAFT Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 and include SRF Base Program funding and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) funding opportunities.
State Fiscal Year 2027 Intended Use Plans (IUP) are available on the Intended Use Plan page of www.iowasrf.com.
Public comments are welcome and written comments will be accepted through Thursday, June 4, 2026. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to highlight changes to the program this year and record public comments. It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their June 16, 2026 meeting.
