In the third quarter of FY26, the Iowa Finance Authority approved 27 water quality loans to support infrastructure projects totaling more than $125 million. The loans are made possible through the State Revolving Fund, a partnership between the Iowa Finance Authority and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
