The DRAFT fourth quarter update to the State Fiscal Year 2026 Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 and include SRF Base Program funding and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding opportunities.
The DRAFT fourth quarter updates are available on the Intended Use Plan page of www.iowasrf.com.
Public comments are welcome and written comments will be accepted through Thursday, March 5, 2026. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to record public comments. Participants should use the following conference call-in information to participate:

It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their March 17, 2026 meeting.
