The DRAFT third quarter update to the State Fiscal Year 2026 Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 and include SRF Base Program funding and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding opportunities.

Public comments are welcome and written comments will be accepted through Thursday, December 4, 2025. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to record public comments. Participants should use the following conference call-in information to participate:

It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their December 9, 2025 meeting.
