In the fourth quarter of FY25, the Iowa Finance Authority approved 42 water quality loans to support infrastructure projects totaling more than $96 million. The loans are made possible through the State Revolving Fund, a partnership between the Iowa Finance Authority and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
