Public hearings on regulatory analyses for administrative rule chapters for the Iowa Finance Authority, held virtually and in-person in the Missouri Conference Room at 1963 Bell Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50315.
The hearings will be held according to the following schedule:
265-26 Water Pollution Control Works and Drinking Water Facilities Financing Program 2:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
265-28 Wastewater and Drinking Water Treatment Financial Assistance Program 2:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
265-46 Water Quality Financing Program 2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Hearings will convene no earlier than stated above, but may begin later, depending upon length of earlier hearings.
