IEDA Regulatory Analyses Hearings (261—Chapters 24 and 56)

Public hearings on regulatory analyses for administrative rule chapters for the Iowa Economic Development Authority, held virtually and in-person in the Missouri River Conference Room at 1963 Bell Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50315.

The hearings will be held according to the following schedule:

261—24 Broadband Forward and Telecommuter Forward Certifications 2 to 2:15

261—56 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Formation Assistance 2:15 to 2:30

Hearings will convene no earlier than stated above, but may begin later, depending upon length of earlier hearings.
