IEDA and IFA Regulatory Analyses Hearings (261—Chapters 1 and 23; 265—Chapter 8)

Public hearings on regulatory analyses for administrative rule chapters for the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Iowa Finance Authority, held virtually and in-person in the Missouri River Conference Room at 1963 Bell Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50315.

The hearings will be held according to the following schedule:

261—1 Organization 2 to 2:15

261—23 Community Development Block Grant 2:15 to 2:30

265—8 Private Activity Bond Allocation 2:30 to 2:45

Hearings will convene no earlier than stated above, but may begin later, depending upon length of earlier hearings.
