"Through the State Housing Trust Fund, we transformed three homes that were off the market and well past their useful life, into a remodeled and newly constructed two-family home. A unique aspect of this project was the involvement of local high school students, who had the opportunity to work alongside an instructor and contractor to gain hands-on building experience. In the end we were able to provide affordable, quality homes and now have three new families in our community that are thriving."
