Demonstrate Compliance with Standards 1 through 4.
The CLG Agreement requires that cities and counties annually prepare and submit a complete annual report to the SHPO. This form allows the commission to report on the historic preservation activities that occurred in the city or county during the year. Every city and county in the CLG program are subject to a performance review. At a minimum, the reviews start three years after certification and continue a three-year cycle thereafter. The annual report figures heavily in the performance review since it queries participating cities and counties about their respective historic preservation programs.
