Section 3: Responsibilities of Certified Local Governments and Their Historic Preservation Commissions

As a participant in the CLG program, the City or County is expected to comply with the provisions of the CLG Agreement and its historic preservation ordinance or resolution. This includes all staff, elected officials, appointed boards, commissions, and committees.
