$40,000 to Fuel Marketing That Moves More Iowans into Homeownership
A bold marketing partnership designed to elevate authentic voices, expand reach, and open more doors to homeownership across Iowa.
The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) and Iowa REALTORS® (IR) present the 2026 Iowa Homeownership Incubator, a marketing initiative focused on elevating real homebuyer stories, expanding awareness of resources and helping more Iowans achieve homeownership. This competition invites Iowa lenders and Realtors® to propose creative, user-generated marketing campaigns rooted in real IFA homebuyer experiences. One selected proposal will receive an increased $40,000 in marketing funds to develop, promote and scale a campaign and inspires more Iowans to take the next step toward homeownership.
