As of March 2, 2026, $355,000 in Military Homeownership Assistance Program funds remain available for the fiscal year 2026.

Did an Iowa Finance Authority program play a role in your story? We’re inviting a select group of past program participants to share their experiences through IFA’s Content Creator Program and annual report.
Selected storytellers will be featured in IFA communications and receive a stipend in appreciation for their time. This opportunity highlights program impact and is not a request for assistance. Stories are selected based on impact, authenticity, and the ability to inspire others.
