C. Qualified Service Provider Request

On the Qualified Development Team (QDT) Tab, add a New Team Member – Qualified Service Provider:

  • Enter all required information.
  • Upload the Completed Exhibit 1HSA on the Exhibits Tab.
  • On the QDT Tab – Qualified Service Provider, select “submit” on the bottom of the tab to request approval. The submission period for the funding round is set forth in QAP, Part A, Section 2.1.
  • Once IFA has approved a project’s qualified service provider, select the approved qualified service provider name in the drop down on the QDT Tab – Qualified Service Provider and save.
