The Iowa Finance Authority's (IFA) deadline for the 2025 4% Housing Tax Credit Application Deficiency Response submission is Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. (CT).

The 2026 9% Application is expected to be available prior to November 14, 2025.

The IFA Board of Directors approved the 2026–2027 9% and 4% Qualified Allocation Plans (QAPs) at their August 6, 2025 meeting.
